The Baptism day has arrived for your child. You and your spouse have decided to baptize your child at the neighborhood church, and the cleric is making a designated effort to be there for this event. Because you are spiritual, you will probably prefer Baptism favors to coordinate with your specific religion. Outlined below are some unique ideas to consider for baptism favors!

Thank your guests for making time for this important sacrament. Every person in your family and all your friends will surely be there. Allow them to honor these memories forever with you. You could create some favors geared towards each family and friend. You know them intimately so you know their tastes.

For example, maybe your sister is into roses, and her favorite song is Amazing Grace. Find a little trinket box with a rose on it, type out the words to the song, and place the song inside the trinket box. Spray a gentle spray of rose-scented perfume on the paper. Your pop, on the other hand, might be a ferocious warrior. As you have a son, this would be a flawless opportunity to remind your father of Christianity. Search for a Bible verse suited for a tough guy and enclose it in something small and leather that he can use. Whenever he uses the item, he will be thinking of his grandchild and his holy day!

Maybe you could use children’s slippers that are crocheted in either the standard pink or blue, and attach them to a favorite Bible verse. Enclose a chocolate kiss or even a small pretend bottle of Holy Water. Another idea might be to provide little pen and paper notebooks with religious symbols they could use. You could have little pictures of the baby taped to the front of the cover.

Another fabulous idea, after the event has ended, is to take the baby's photo of being baptized, and make it into a card with a beautiful Bible verse. You might decorate it with Catholic symbols. You might do this by sketching the items and then coloring them. Or, you can add tiny pictures to decorate around the baby.

At the bottom of the card, pencil in the baby's name. When the card is open, attach a Bible verse inside. Underneath it, write the location and date of the important day. Remember to write the parents name. Again, you can add the tiny booties idea and mail it to every guest. Write out a thank you card for coming.

Take these meaningful ideas and make them into your own special ideas. Your guests will cherish these cool Christian favors for years to come. Even God will be smiling down on your little darling’s special day!
